College of Graduate Studies is holding its 11th Annual Graduate Open House on
Wednesday, February 5, 2014 in the Lone Star Ballroom located in the University
Center. This event has been a huge success in the past, with over 250 participants.
We hope that you will plan to attend this year's Open House. Your presence will make
this event an even bigger success.
Graduate Open House is designed to assist you in making the best educated
choice for grad school. This event promotes the continuing educational opportunities
offered here at Texas A&M University – Corpus Christi. You will learn about admission
requirements, program courses, benefits of graduate school, and career opportunities.
Everything you need for success in graduate school! Guests will be able to collect
information about any of the 40 graduate programs offered here at Texas A&M University
- Corpus Christi. This will be the perfect opportunity for prospective students to meet
with academic advisors, professors, students, and financial aid representatives.
A GRE representative will be on campus for Open House and administer a Mock GRE Exam. .

Open House Schedule:
February 4th: (Lone Star Ballroom C)
12:00 - 1:00 PM - Faculty and Staff Meetiing with GRE Representative
1:15 - 2:30 PM - Student Meeting with GRE Representative
1:00 - 2:00 PM - Guided Campus Tour (Starts and ends at UC - Ballrooms)
2:00 - 6:00 PM - Graduate Open House (Lone Star Ballrooms)
4:00 - 8:00 PM - Free Mock GRE Test (Island Hall)
This event will have giveaways, free food and drinks, and a Graduate Application Fee
discount. There will also be a grand prize drawing for those students who pre-register
below. This drawing will be held at the end of the event.
