Graduate Studies is proud to announce an event that we will be hosting all five colleges in one combined graduate studies orientation session. We have hopes that this year's orientation will allow you to get acquainted with a diverse group of students like yourself. Our goal is to build graduate culture and contact so that you are not just receiving an education, but also a lifetime experience of learning, growth, and development.
TAMU-CC is the ideal place to be a graduate student. More than 8,000 students from around the world enjoy this campus community, which offers outstanding social, cultural, artistic, environmental, and athletic opportunities.
To make the most of being a graduate student at TAMU-CC, you need to get yourself pointed in the right direction - and that's where we come in. Orientation encourages students to make the most of the university experience by providing access to information about the campus and its various resources. We will also provide you with the information you need to successfully complete your graduate education. This orientation will be the perfect opportunity for you to acquaint yourself with fellow graduate students, advisors, professors, and representatives of student services on campus. Please feel free to contact us if you have any questions or concerns.
By pre-registering to attend this event, you will automatically be entered into the Tuition Voucher Drawing. This drawing will be held at the end of the orientation.
We look forward to welcoming you on campus. Orientation will be tentatively held January 2010 in the Lone Star Ballroom located in the Univeristy Center.
